In this workshop, we’ll explore meditation and self-reflective writing (journaling) as complementary practices for self-exploration. We’ll work with guided meditation and breathwork to ground ourselves; journaling will assist in the unfolding of our hearts. These practices in tandem provide a wonderful foundation for inquiry, growth, and self-exploration.
For those comfortable engaging in conversation, there will be opportunities to do so (though sharing is not required).
